Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: -

 

Cancellation Policy: -

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

 

7 Days Money Back Policy: -

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If you are displeased with the product/service provided, you can opt for the cancellation of the service within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once the product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your account payment source (Bank account / Paytm Wallet / etc).

 

Refund Amount: -

If the cancellation is done within 7 days from the date of purchase the customer is eligible for refund. We'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund minus service charges.

 

Returning the Product: -

Call our customer Service team and you will be walked through the details of cancellation procedure. It will only take few minutes for processing.

Once your returned item is received by the company, your refund will be processed shortly.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

* Damages due to misuse of product;

* Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

* Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

* Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

* Digital products/services (Flyte music downloads);

* Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;

* Jewelry which is 'made to order' on customer's request;

* Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
